With 15 years of experience in the public health sector, Katrina has worked with various outpatient programs and services, focusing on areas such as child and adolescent mental health, ADHD, OCD, and supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Katrina employs a Feminist and Relational-Cultural Therapeutic perspective, which honours our inner knowledge while navigating the dynamic interplay between our internal and external worlds. She also integrates additional therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to develop a personalized set of skills and approaches that cater to each client's unique needs.

Katrina is a graduate of Adler University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and has been practicing as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #17810) for nine years. Additionally, Katrina serves as Associate Faculty at City University in Canada.
