Starting your own private clinic can be a complex and isolating endeavour. At Psychotherapy Room, we focus on providing highly skilled mental health services and empowering clinicians with the physical and financial independence, flexibility, and work-life balance necessary for their mental well-being.
You will have the autonomy to determine your own hours, choose clients that best suit your skills, set your own hourly rate, and decide on the level of supervision that aligns with your needs.
With over 20 years of established community presence, we make it easy for you to find clients through marketing support and a proven reputation, including word-of-mouth referrals that stem from years of high-quality service delivery.
You may be an independent service provider, but you're not alone. We promote collaboration among our members and offer a supportive environment where you can seek advice, learn about third-party billing, and share best practices with your peers, gaining valuable insights from experienced professionals.
Our booking and billing are managed through the Jane App, which complies with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA, and provincial regulations, ensuring data security regardless of its location. We handle onboarding, billing, and administrative tasks, including creating your profile, so you can focus on what you do best: helping others reach their full potential.
