Learn to Meditate

Join us for a complimentary 45-minute drop-in meditation group where we will guide you in using meditation to calm both your mind and heart.

You will learn how to create a safe and comfortable space for yourself, as well as how to plan, schedule, and prioritize time for being present within yourself.
