Portuguese-Language Counselling in BC, Online

There are feelings that only come out in your first language. When therapy happens in a second language, something is always being translated — and sometimes lost. At Psychotherapy Room, several of our therapists offer complete counselling in Portuguese, so you can express yourself fully, be understood deeply, and feel at home in the room.

Counselling in Portuguese may be right for you if you:

  • Think and feel most naturally in Portuguese

  • Want to be understood without translating yourself

  • Are a newcomer or part of BC's Portuguese-speaking community

  • Want culturally familiar, identity-aware support

  • Are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or life transitions

How counselling helps / Como o aconselhamento ajuda
