Fabricio (a.k.a. Fab) is a registered psychotherapist with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). He offers online counselling throughout British Columbia, providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services from anywhere in the province. With a master's degree in counselling from a Canadian university, he specializes in working with diverse communities, including neurodivergent individuals, immigrants, BIPOC populations, and LGBTQ2SIA+ persons. While completing his master's studies, he was a mental health worker in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. He has experience supporting vulnerable individuals overcoming trauma, and specifically people struggling with addictions, perfectionism, immigration challenges and culture shocks. His approach is existential-psychoanalytic, and he is well-versed in solution-focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and other approaches.
