Paula larruzi
Paula facilitates personal growth through an integrative lens and uses evidence-based treatments tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. She has an inclusive approach and welcomes persons from various backgrounds, including neurodivergent, immigrants, BIPOC, and LGBTW2SIA+. She provides counselling to address grief, eating disorders, life transitions, and addictions. She provides tools to improve communications and improve relationships. Paula works in mental health settings including addiction centers and non-profit.
She graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. She is member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellor (RCC #22104). She brings unique training and expertise in strengths-based approaches, Trauma (EMDR), Parts Work, Psychodrama, Gestalt, Somatic, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy.
